Again, another short one, but this time wasn't because of the heat, but because of the time. I didn't leave the house until 930pm. I was starting to feel guilty for my Jack Bauer - a- thon, and lying pretty much stationary for 3 hours, so without letting myself talk me out of it, I got up, got dressed and headed out.
Imagine my surprize when it was cool, and slightly raining! It was a gorgeous night to be out for a run...
